Bim Boss walking bones lurch cement heeled rings over the subway grating roars back the rising, drilling grey cars swivel conductors wave from track to track slither onto the platform, untie a vendor Green Stuck Sweet Sparkling Chew This wriggles from girder to train trampled platform, passengers hockeyed by the slalomming AA train writhes wheels charge trunk knot rumble shivers street batters Bim Boss’s leather soles stop two floors under fili- greed iron fire-escape grips a lucid heart next to brick watches Bim watch befores and afters (night greeded her band leapt jewelry buttered days). Growl rips light street into his eyes down the street buzz spastic wasp fuzz ate the world by mis- take. Insect rageously hackles its insides clatter at trained victims; Lou, Ed and Turtle wait. The buzz presses. Clean up down the toilet a fire? Blue uniforms. Eat the jewels! Digest the Braques! Flush the horse Lou runs feet thighs bum blue suits sum rim of steel gums. Alley fence jump splinters gravel grovel dark blue buttons spring ground flows down the walls over crabs board fingertips gash roll scrape knife out tarantula faces a dark, closing. blue steel blanket.
